We imagine that a lot of you will be buying NINA items for friends & family. For our gift wrapping service, we pop the items in some lovely tissue paper, alongside a handwritten note (add your message at checkout and we'll employ our best handwriting), in a stylish and sturdy gift box (we shopped around to make sure we could offer you a gift box that wasn't flimsy as we've been in this situation before and definitely wanted to avoid it).

At checkout simply select the 'Add Gift Wrapping' option for £5.00.

We've got photos on our website of our gift wrapping so take a look. If it's a particularly special gift or if you have any special requests generally, just let us know, we would love to help.

Sizes differ for each item but generally we offer sizes newborn to 18 months.

Please check the size guide so that you buy the correct size to fit your baby.

As every baby is unique, checking the size guide is the best way to ensure your new item will fit (rather than relying on the baby's age).

Sustainably grown, this cotton is native to Peru (it was a favourite material of the Incas) and flourishes in the ideal cotton-growing conditions there.

There are over 40 types of cotton grown worldwide - organic Peruvian Pima cotton is the best of the best (and very rare!).

It is revered globally for its extra long cotton fibres, which make for softer, stronger, and longer-lasting clothes. Clothes that get softer with every wash too and are more resistant to pilling than other cottons.

It's hypoallergenic, lightweight, and breathable – important for babies’ delicate skin. Read more about the benefits of organic Peruvian Pima cotton here.

 

Yes, we only use 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton. Some clothes on the high street may say they're organic but in reality they're only 40% organic for example. Ours are 100% organic.

The GOTS certification is a stamp of approval which proves that the cotton has met certain criteria so we can trust it's organic.

Being organic means our baby clothes are super soft, extra breathable and generally better all round.

You’re making a good choice choosing organic. It’s better for the environment since only natural processes are used to grow the cotton (e.g. ladybirds help to control pests rather than pesticides). No harmful chemicals (from pesticides or fertilizers) seep into waterways or degrade the soil. And less water is used compared to regular cotton (which makes up 99% of cotton clothes available on the high street).

The GOTS certification also covers social standards like decent working hours and no child labour (shockingly an issue in lots of cotton-growing areas around the world). Read more about the GOTS certification here.

While baby clothes feel worlds away from cotton farmers’ fields, by choosing organic cotton you are helping to create a healthier environment for all those who make our products and for our planet.

 

Wash at 40 degrees or cooler if you can. Washing at 30°C uses 38% less energy than washing at 40°C and is kinder to the fabric, meaning your clothes will retain their quality for even longer.

Our baby clothes can be tumble dried but again, if you can, it's better to hang them out to dry.

Currently we can only send products to customers in the UK. We would love to send further afield, to Europe and Worldwide, so we fully intend to offer this in the future! To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging (including the gift box if you’re returning your whole order). 

 

How can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order please let us know as soon as you can. Email us at hello@ninababy.co.uk. It is not problem if we have not shipped your order - we will refund you the entire amount, including delivery cost.

If we have already shipped your order unfortunately we cannot refund the original delivery cost. Once your order is delivered, please send it back to us intact in the same packaging. You will be responsible for return costs. This return cost is usually the same cost as your original postage charge. Once the cancelled order has arrived back to us (and checked and processed), we will be back in touch to confirm a refund.
