Designed by up-and-coming artists, NINA muslins are full of creativity, inspiration, and stories. They're works of art in muslin form!
A parenting essential, ideal for swaddling, mopping up spills, breastfeeding, a little extra warmth in the buggy, or even acting as a sunshade. At 110cm x 110cm in size, they are extra large muslins meaning extra useful.
You’ll immediately notice how soft and light our muslin blankets are. They are made in India from 100% organic cotton, with dyes that are Oeko-Tex certified, so are safe for delicate, newborn skin.
Perfect as a unique gift for new parents. For an extra something special, order a gift box too and we'll wrap it really nicely with a handwritten note, ready to send to the lucky recipient.
Machine wash low and tumble dry low (if you can hang the muslin blankets out to dry that's always best).
About the design
Designed by Kirsty Fenton, who also produced two much-loved muslins for our very first collection.
"Lemons Artwork was created when I entered the long awaited second trimester of my pregnancy. It was a celebratory Artwork as I was so unwell in the first trimester I could't pick up a paintbrush or even go into my studio. At 14 weeks they say the baby is around the size of a lemon and by that time I was feeling more like myself, so this artwork was a complete joy to make. I will keep the original is my permanent collection as it was made at such a special and sentimental time."
These muslins are extra large, you'll notice the difference!

Our large muslins are made from 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton by Chaitanya and his team in Northern India. All dyes are Oeko-Tex certified so have been tested to be safe and free from harmful chemicals.
By choosing organic cotton you’re making a good choice all round. It’s better for the environment since only natural processes are used to grow the cotton (e.g. ladybirds help to control pests rather than pesticides). No harmful chemicals (from pesticides or fertilizers) seep into waterways or degrade the soil. And less water is used compared to conventional cotton.
The GOTS certification also covers social standards like decent working hours and no child labour (which has shockingly been an issue in lots of cotton-growing areas around the world).
While a muslin blanket feels a world away from farmers’ fields, by choosing organic cotton you are helping to create a healthier environment for all those who make our products and for our future planet.
