Beautiful muslins start with artists
It's interesting when you start shopping for a new baby. Muslins are an essential. You're told you'll need hundreds of them. Just stock up - after all they're just practical, right?!
We disagree! You're using them all the time. You'll have one on the sofa, another on the armchair, from living room to bedroom to kitchen. Surrounded by muslins in fact. It makes so much sense to have something that doesn't only tick the practical & versatile box, but also looks pretty nice too.
You could say it's another fabric choice in your home. We had an armchair upholstered lately (really recommend the junk yards in Hastings for £25 armchair gems). The 'Japanese Flowers' muslin is a perfect partner, draped over the edge.
Something else we noticed when we started shopping for our baby was just how few muslins out there have designs that a parent would genuinely find beautiful & eye-catching. And enjoy using so often with their baby.
We love collaborating with artists and making unique muslins. And then there are the V&A designs from the V&A archives that make for equally special muslins (we particularly love Voysey & William Morris designs on muslins - timeless & sophisticated).
Made from organic cotton, our NINA muslins are ideal as an extra blanket, for mopping baby's milky mouth, for protecting that new cardigan from an over-the-shoulder spit up (happens so many times!), or even as a sunshade dangling over the pram / car seat. They're extra large too (110cm x 110cm), which makes them extra useful. And means you get more enjoyment out of that design!
Since our own baby Finn came onto the scene recently, we're repeatedly reaching for NINA muslins. We love how different they are. We get compliments on them all the time - whether we're at a baby sing-song class, walks in the park, or out for lunch with friends. We're excited for you to enjoy NINA muslins as much as we do!
