We work super hard to ensure your items are wrapped carefully and delivered safely. We will always aim to deliver your goods within 3 working days in the UK. We send packages primarily via Royal Mail but we may use a service like DPD if yours is a larger order.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control can delay the delivery date. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or inconvenience that may result from such delay. Please choose a delivery method you are happy with when you're at the checkout.
Currently we can only send products to customers in the UK. We would love to send further afield, to Europe and Worldwide, so we fully intend to offer this in the future! Regardless of where NINA products are going in the world, we will always look at the best option for getting your new items to you safely and speedily.

Delivery is free for any orders over £50.00.
Otherwise here are the delivery costs (based entirely on the going rates offered by Royal Mail):
- Royal Mail First Class: £4.50
- Royal Mail Second Class: £3.70
- Royal Mail Tracked Next Day Service (order by 12pm): £5.00
We are confident you will love your new items from NINA. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, or if your situation has changed for whatever reason, then of course you can return your items. Or exchange them for other items, or a gift voucher for future shopping.

All items from the website can be returned, except those that mention otherwise on their product page.
Please note that we can only complete your return if we get the items back within 14 days of you receiving your order and, very importantly, if they are in the same unused condition with the original packaging. The items must not be used. Any item that is damaged or incomplete will not be refunded or exchanged unfortunately.
When you send your items back to us please ensure you package your return carefully and you retain your proof of posting. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for items that do not reach us.
If an item fails to be delivered due to an incorrect address being provided at point of sale, or returned to NINA after a failed delivery attempt, or failure to collect the order from your local postal depot, you will be responsible for return postage costs back to your address. If at this point you decide you want a refund instead then please note we will not be able to refund your initial postage costs.
Once we receive your returned items we will process your refund. It will be issued via your original method of payment. You'll get a confirmation from us when it has been processed.
Once your refund is processed by NINA, please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to hit your account.
If you want to cancel your order please let us know asap. Email us at email@example.com. Asap = from 2 minutes after you've placed your order to 2 hours!
If we have already shipped your order unfortunately we cannot refund the original delivery cost and you will be responsible for return costs. This return cost is usually the same cost as your original postage charge.
In the case of a late cancellation we will refund you for the cancelled order minus the original shipping cost and return to sender fee once the cancelled order has arrived back to us and has been processed and checked accordingly. At this point we will get back in touch with you by email to confirm details of the refund.
